Happy New Year...
2009 has been an amazing year !!
Thank you very much to all of you who have supported me through this year and before.
It’s amazing, I‘ll be 50 at the end of January who would have known my life would be in full swing at that age. I thought the experience of playing with Bad Company in the early 90’s would be the highlight of my life. Don’t get me wrong, it was awesome playing in front of 20,000 people a night, but now I feel like I’m living the right life.
Speaking of Life, it can sure be like a roller-coaster, I know all to well. This year I have finally found the balance I’ve been in search of. It starts with my wonderful wife Bonnie. I give her all the credit for where I am today.
Destiny...Never believed in it before. but I certainly do now......
In May of this year at Nage, we met Paul Galioto and his lovely wife Trish, one of the partners of PortoVino Italian Wine Importers. As you probably know, my passion for wine has almost matched my passion for music.
The next day I received a call from Florence, Italy. It was Ernest the other partner of PortoVino, and before I knew it I had a new career in the wine biz. They understand the Music & Wine connection, they are so similar in so many ways.
I’m so lucky to work for such an awesome company. the perks are good also.The wine is amazing and we went to Italy in Oct.
We have so many exciting things happening for the new year including a new CD our sometime in the spring. it will really be focused on the new Wine connection.
